Settings
The Settings panel gives you control over the look and behavior of PTZOptics Fleet Manager, including its visual theme, how camera web interfaces are launched, and how camera feeds are previewed within the application.
To open Settings, click the Settings button (gear icon) in the top-right toolbar.
Display

| Theme | Dark, Light, Forest, Ocean, Sunset | Sets the visual color theme of the Fleet Manager interface. |
| Enable Animation | On / Off | Enables or disables UI transition animations throughout the application. |
Web Interface Defaults
These settings control how a camera's web interface opens when you click the globe icon next to its IP address in the device table.

| Interface Type | Legacy, Horizon | Determines which PTZOptics web interface version loads when opening a camera's web UI. Legacy loads the standard camera control interface; Horizon loads the modern Horizon-style interface where supported. |
| View | Pop-out, In-app | Controls whether the web interface opens in a separate browser window (Pop-out) or within the Fleet Manager application window itself (In-app). |
Player Defaults
These settings control how camera feeds are previewed within Fleet Manager when the Snapshot column is enabled in the device table.

| Default Player | Snapshot | Sets the method used to preview camera output within the application. |
| View (FPS) | 1, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 FPS | Sets the frame rate at which camera snapshots are refreshed in the application. Higher frame rates produce smoother previews but increase network traffic. 10 FPS is selected by default. |
App Info
| Item | Description |
|---|---|
| App Version | Displays the currently installed version of PTZOptics Fleet Manager. |
| Firmware Cache | Shows the amount of local storage used by firmware files cached by the application. |
| Clear App Data | Resets all application data including saved preferences, cached device information, and stored credentials. Fleet Manager will return to its default state on next launch. |
caution
Clear App Data is a permanent action and cannot be undone. All saved settings, cached data, and stored credentials will be removed immediately.
