Tracking/Framing Behavior: Toggle between tracking and framing mode.

Tracking on Startup: Toggle On or Off the camera’s ability to begin tracking or auto-framing when the camera is powered on.

Control Settings

This is an administrative section used to determine how the camera can be accessed and controlled.

Control Enable: Toggle On or Off.

Control Protocol: Choose between TCP or UDP control protocol.

Control Port: Displays the control port number.

Receive Commands from IP: Define the IP address you wish to receive commands from. If you do not intent to whitelist an IP address, you can input "0.0.0.0".

IR Remote Channel Selection: Select which number this camera is assigned to on the PTZOptics camera remote.

User Management: Lets you set and change the password for the Admin or Guests accounts.

Firmware Update: Clicking the drop-down arrow at the bottom of the screen will bring up the firmware update menu.

Click the Check Firmware button to see if your firmware is up to date. If it’s not, you will be prompted to download the latest firmware. You can then click and drag the firmware file from your computer into the box to update the camera’s firmware.

Network Reset: Resets the camera’s network settings.

Menu Reset: Resets the settings in the camera’s OSD menu.

Factory Reset: Restores the camera to it’s factory default settings.
